Refund policy
GMP provides fulfillment and customer service for your orders from this store, including processing customer returns. We use this customer returns policies to determine if a purchased item is eligible for return. To ensure a great customer experience, we may accept returns beyond the time frame stipulated in these policies at the company’s discretion. Refunds A refund is a customer credit for all or part of the cost of a purchased item. In most cases, we may require the customer to Return the purchased item before any customers refunds are credited. This means that the customer is required to send the item back to GMP. Returns A return is an item a customer sends back to GMP that was purchased from GMP on this website. We evaluate the condition of each returned item. If we determine that the item is sellable, we return it to the inventory. (there is no restocking fee) If we determine that it is unsellable (defective or damaged, for example), we assess who caused the damage (transport company or the customer).

A returned item is classified as unsellable for the following reasons:
● The item is not in the same condition as previously listed and sold.
● It is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable in any other manner.

If a returned product has been returned and there is evidence of use it is not eligible for a return credit. For returned items you are asked to ship the purchased item back to GMP at your own expense and with a tracking method. For items returned categorized as Defective, you must submit a return the purchased item within 30 days after the returned item arrives at the address for delivery.
Returns time frame In almost all cases, customers can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. GMP may make a case-by-case exception and accept return requests beyond 30 days of receipt.
In all cases, if an item does not arrive to GMP within 45 days of the return request, no customer credit will be issued and the return will be cancelled. Extended returns timeframe GMP’s returns policy allows customers to return eligible items in new, unopened condition if the returned items are received within the customer service departments approved time frames.

Standard Holiday policy: Customers can return eligible items shipped during November and December until the end of January. Reimbursements When GMP refunds a customer for a returned order, we credit the customer’s account for all or part of the refund value.
In some cases, for example, when an item is lost or damaged when under transport control, you may be eligible for a credit without evaluation.
When can you expect a refund from your returned order?
If a customer has requested a return of a purchased item, but the item is not returned to GMP within 30 days of the request, the return request is cancelled. If a customer does return the item to GMP within 30 days of the request, we will determine the condition of the returned item. If a returned item is in a sellable condition, we will issue the return credit within 5 business days.
If a returned item is an unsellable condition, we will determine who is responsible for the condition. When we do accept an unsellable return, we will notify you for a quick resolution.
GMP does not accept responsibility nor credit customer accounts for returned items that are damaged by a customer, or other similar reasons. These items can not return to our inventory when they are returned damaged. Reimbursement value If you are eligible to receive a credit for a return, GMP will reimburse you for all or part of the credit amount debited from your account minus any taxes or fees associated with the sale and delivery of the returned item. Restocking fee We do not charge restocking fees. Returns processing fee We do not charge a return processing fee. Replacements GMP may also issue replacements to customers purchased items.
If we do, GMP will ship a new item from our inventory, free of charge to a customer.
Note that:
● As a buyer, you will not be charged fees or receive account credit for a replacement order.
● Your payment and fees from the sale of the original item are unaffected by a replacement order.
● Customers can request a replacement only if the same item available.
● Customers must return the item that is being replaced.
