RETURNS:
PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PLATFORMS AUTOMATED RETURN SYSTEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
We are usually able to address issues more quickly with direct personal communication via email or our 800#. All of our products come with a 100% guarantee (less shipping and handling). To qualify for the guarantee, all items must be returned in NEW condition, and include all original packaging.
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY and product returns must be received by GOLIATH MAXIMUS PRODUCTS within 7 days of Return Authorization Approval. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. DAMAGE CLAIMS: We handle all damage claims via direct email. If you return a damaged item to us without explicit approval from GOLIATH MAXIMUS PRODUCTS LLC, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Although we strive to provide quality packaging and minimize transport damage, there are times an item may be damaged in shipment. If this is the case, please ACCEPT the package from the carrier and report it to us IMMEDIATELY. Although our inventory is normally very accurate, there may be instances of an item selling out through another platform before the scheduled Amazon updates.
